Return Policy
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. Products must be in unused condition and in the original packaging, unless otherwise noted.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Provide photos and details. We may:

Offer a full refund without requiring the item to be returned (especially for low-cost or bulky items), or

Request a return using our pre-paid shipping label, followed by a replacement or refund upon receipt.
3. Change of Mind or Incompatible Items
For returns not due to quality or error (e.g., you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind), a restocking fee of 10% may apply. You will be responsible for return shipping.
4. One Free Return per Order
We offer one free return per order via a shipping label generated through the customer portal. Subsequent returns from the same order may incur postage fees.
5. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns for:

Customized or personalized items

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Health & beauty products that have been opened or used

Items meant for hygiene (e.g., undergarments)
6. Refund Timing
Once the return is approved:

If no return you kept the item, expect refund within 3–7 business days.

If return shipping is used, expect refund within 3–14 business days after receipt of the item.
7. Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase and before it ships, you’ll receive a full refund.
8. Disputes
If there’s an issue that can’t be resolved through customer service, we’ll mediate to reach a fair outcome per our policy.
