Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once shipped.


Shipping Methods & Estimated Timeframes

We ship directly from our partner warehouses (global and local). Estimated delivery windows begin after your order is dispatched.

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): 7–20 business days
  • Remote areas or peak seasons may require extra time.

These are estimates. Actual timelines vary by destination, product availability, and carrier performance.


Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Free


Order Tracking

  • Most orders include tracking. A tracking link will be emailed when your package leaves the warehouse.
  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch due to carrier scans.


Split Shipments

To deliver faster, items in the same order may ship separately at no extra cost.


Address Changes & Delivery Issues


  • Enter your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to change your address before dispatch, contact us immediately at info@dompoo.com with your order number.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees charged by your local customs authority. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Refusing to pay duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs. Shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.


Delays Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, weather, strikes, local carrier backlogs, or public holidays. We’ll do our best to assist if your order is delayed.


Lost or Stalled Packages

  • If your order shows no tracking movement for 15 business days or exceeds the high end of the ETA, contact us at info@dompoo.com
  • We will open a carrier investigation and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund per our policy.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number, and 2) Photos of the packaging and the item.
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Countries We Ship To

  • We currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or restricted zones.


Holiday & Peak Season Notice

During peak seasons (e.g., Nov–Jan), please allow extra processing and transit time.
